A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non‑refundable.

We accept cash and major debit or credit cards for final payment.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled and ready for prep. This helps us stay on schedule and ensures the best results.
What is the age requirement for services?
We currently serve clients 17 and older.
Do you accept walk‑ins?
Yes! We welcome walk‑ins Wednesday through Saturday, subject to stylist availability.
Where are you located?
Studio 99 Weaves is located at 655 12th St #99, Oakland, CA 94607, right in downtown Oakland. We’re a few blocks from the 12th Street/City Center BART station and easily accessible from all over the Bay Area.
How long is the appointment?
Appointment lengths vary by service. Please allow extra time, as delays sometimes occur. If you have a time‑sensitive schedule, let us know when booking.
Can I bring someone with me?
For the comfort of our guests, no children or extra guests are permitted during your appointment.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
You may reschedule up to two weeks from your original appointment by using the link in your confirmation email. If you try to reschedule within 10 hours of your scheduled time, or beyond the two‑week window, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for a future booking.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Cancellations can be made through the confirmation email you received when booking. Please note that your deposit remains non‑refundable.
What if I’m running late?
Please call or text us with your expected arrival time. A $20 late fee is applied after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
What happens if I don’t show up?
A no‑call/no‑show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may limit your ability to rebook.
